Are your products genuine?
Yes — everything we stock is authentic American product, exactly as sold in the States. Never a local substitute.
Do I pay import fees or duties?
Orders ship from our stock here in Australia. We take care of the importing in advance, so there is no customs paperwork or surprise fees at your end — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Will you stock more products?
We’re always expanding the range. If there’s a product you’d love to see us stock, send us a message and we’ll look into it.
Do I need to be 18+ to buy alcohol?
Yes. You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol in Australia, and ID may be requested on delivery. We don’t supply alcohol to anyone under 18.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is dispatched from our Australian stock with tracking. Delivery times vary by location — you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes — we deliver right across Australia. Shipping is a flat $9.99, and free on orders over $150.
